Visitors to Mauritius must have a valid passport and may require a visa. We recommend that you get updated information from the nearest Mauritius Embassy or with the Government of Mauritius Portal.

Please note that we are not able to arrange visas but, once you have completed registration, we can provide a letter confirming that you have paid to attend the conference.

Air Mauritius, the official carrier for the conference, will offer a special discount of up to 20% on the published fares (excluding all taxes and surcharges) for RADIO 2012 delegates (and spouse) travelling to Mauritius during the period 19 September to 2 October 2012. These fares will be available from Air Mauritius offices only and the discounts are applicable on Air Mauritius routes only. After you have registered for the conference, please contact the Reservations Department on (230) 2077575 or airmauritiusreservations@airmauritius.com or the nearest Air Mauritius office, by mentioning that you will be attending RADIO 2012.
